Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, as well as PayPal. All payments are processed securely and encrypted.

What happens when I hit my daily message limit?

Your limit resets every 24 hours. If you regularly hit your limit, consider upgrading to a higher tier for more messages. You'll see a clear message when you're approaching your limit.

How are daily limits set?

Limits are tuned to keep plans sustainable while still giving strong value. Normal usage supports low pricing, and power users who push beyond 95% of their quota get the best value per dollar.

What is extended thinking?

Extended thinking allows the AI to reason through complex problems step by step before giving you an answer. Higher tiers get deeper reasoning capabilities, which means better answers for math, coding, analysis, and research tasks.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll continue to have access to your plan until the end of your current billing period.

What can I do on the free plan?

Free (Slate) users get full access to Debate Arena, Predictions, Leaderboards, and the community. AI-powered features like Chat and Prediction Analysis require a paid plan starting at $7/month.

What's the difference between the AI models?

OptiLM offers four AI models. Swift is fast and lightweight for quick tasks. Balanced handles most work with smart reasoning. Advanced delivers deep thinking for complex problems. Ultimate provides the deepest reasoning available — ideal for research, hard coding, and multi-step analysis. Higher tiers unlock more powerful models.
